Being incorporated as a city in 1991, this “City above Toronto” is still fairly new. Regardless, Vaughan has experienced massive growth, some natural disasters, and has been the first city outside of Toronto to gain access to the subway.Vaughan also has Canada’s largest amusement park, Canada’s Wonderland, which attracts millions of visitors each year.
